Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration may be transferred to another participant if an attendee is unable to attend the Conference. Cancellations submitted no later than 30 days before the first day of an annual conference will receive a refund of the full amount minus a 20% processing fee. A 50% cancellation fee of registration costs will be imposed for cancellations received 15 to 29 days prior to the annual conference. Cancellations received less than 15 days before the first day of the annual conference will not be refunded, except under the Emergency Policy provisions. Requests for transfer must be submitted with a 15 day advance notice before the conference. Written notification of all cancellations and transfer requests must be delivered to the conference organizers via e-mail or standard mail. Phone requests cannot be processed. All refunds are subject to Bank transfer processing fees.

Emergency Policy

An attendee facing exceptional hardship such as a death in the family or other unforeseen emergency may qualify for a refund from conference registration. Such refunds remain subject to the 20% processing fee and Bank transfer processing fees.

Author Refunds

Authors who have their papers included in the Conference Proceedings are not eligible for a refund once the Proceedings are finalized (after 01.09.2019.).
